The built of the ultra-rugged smartphone comprises of a mixture of metal and plastic elements.

The Blackview BV9900 supports 38 global network bands capped at 4G LTE with dual SIM slot alongside a 3.5mm headphone jack, dual-band Wi-Fi, NFC, USB Type C port and Bluetooth 5.0.
